06 · Know Before You Go
Everything you need to know before the night begins.
Every guest must arrive in white-tOP attire. This is not optional — it is the core concept of the event. The white is your canvas. The night paints it for you.
Wear white clothing you are happy to get completely stained. We recommend inexpensive white tees, shorts, trousers, or dresses. Do not wear anything precious or sentimental.
Shoes are your choice — but be aware they will be stained. Many guests choose to go barefoot in the paint zones or wear flip-flops.
Guests not in white attire may be refused entry. White attire option bundles are available to purchase at the gate (subject to availability).
All paints and colour powders are non-toxic, skin-safe, and washable. Most will wash out of white fabric, though some staining on fabric is permanent — that is the point.
Bring your ticket (digital or printed), a valid photo ID (18+ required), and wear all-white attire. We recommend a waterproof phone pouch, any medications you may need, and a small amount of cash for vendors. Leave valuables at home where possible.
All paints and colour powders used at STAIN YOUR WHITE are non-toxic, skin-safe, and dermatologist-tested for colour events. Protective eyewear is available at all paint stations. If you have a known skin condition, we recommend a patch test before attending. Contact us if you have concerns.
Personal cameras and phones are welcome. Professional photography equipment (large cameras, tripods, etc.) requires prior accreditation. Media enquiries should be directed to events@stainyourwhite.com at least two weeks before the event.
Our Chill & Dine zone features a curated selection of food vendors offering a range of Ghanaian and international food options. A full cocktail and mocktail bar will be running throughout the event. VIP guests receive complimentary welcome drinks. Outside food and drink is not permitted.
Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person. To transfer a ticket, contact our team at events@stainyourwhite.com at least 48 hours before the event. Unauthorised resale at above face value is prohibited and may result in cancellation of the ticket.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation due to circumstances outside our control (force majeure), ticket holders will be offered either a full refund or a credit towards the rescheduled event date. We will communicate any changes immediately via our social media channels and by email.
