ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I have to wear white?
Yes — all white attire is mandatory for all guests. This is not just a dress code; it is the entire concept of the event. Arrive in white, leave in colour.
Is the paint safe on skin?
All paints and colour powders used at the event are non-toxic, skin-safe, and washable. They are specially formulated for use at colour events. Protective eyewear is provided at paint stations.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets can be transferred to another person. Please contact our team at least 48 hours before the event to arrange a transfer.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM to settle in before the Paint Zone opens at 5:30 PM. VIP guests may arrive from 3:45 PM for priority entry.
Is there parking at the venue?
Limited parking is available at the venue. We strongly recommend using ride-sharing services (Bolt, Uber) or arranging group transport, as spaces will fill quickly.
What should I bring?
Bring your ticket, a valid ID (18+), and wear all-white clothing you are happy to get stained. Cameras are welcome. We recommend leaving valuables at home or securing them in a waterproof bag.
